Good afternoon Skippers,

Welcome to the second weekend of the CYC MidWinter Series.

As many of you will be aware, it is with sadness that we mark the passing of Hank Eason, a great sailor and leader in the Bay Area sailing community.

A week ago a new fixed mark was installed honoring Hank as the Yellow Bluff mark.  The sailing instructions note that 15 - Yellow Bluff may be fixed or inflatable.  This weekend, and for many more, 15 will be a fixed mark.
