Good morning,

We received your registration for the 2023 CYC Midwinters.  Your nominated rating was 126.  On reviewing the PHRF rating list, I was not able to find the PHRF certificate for Sporting Life - the published list hasn't been updated for some time though!

Reviewing the base report and looking at the two other Tartan 10's entered with ratings of 129, I wanted to confirm that 126 was correct and not a typo.  Guessing an oversized genoa perhaps?
