Good afternoon Andrew,

We are reviewing the current Fleet assignments and are considering moving Arsenal from PHRF1  to PHRF2 as the boats in PHRF2 have more similar performance characteristics and PHRF1 has "grown" in the number of boats when we first planned the assignments.

Please let me know if you DO NOT want to be moved to the PHRF 2 fleet.
