Good afternoon,

It has come to our attention that Bird Boats have a PHRF rating for the class showing "No non-spin" with a rating of 204. Per the rating guidelines, that means this type of boat is not permitted to race in the non-spinnaker fleet.

Race Committee will need to reassign the fleet for Oriole from Non-Spin 2 to PHRF 2, in accordance with the PHRF rating.  Alternately, the NCPHRF rating accommodates a Bird class to race non-spinnaker with a rating of 180.

Please advise if you prefer to have your fleet reassigned, or the rating adjusted.
